Moot Court Honors Program
Mission: The UCLA Moot Court Honors Program consists of several Moot Court activities, including UCLA School of Law’s many internal moot court competitions, its external competitions team, and its annual Cybercrimes Competition.
Students at UCLA School of Law can compete in the Program throughout their law school career. As 1Ls, students compete in the annual Skye Donald Competition where they learn the basics of appellate advocacy. As upper-level students, they can compete in the annual internal competition whose top competitors qualify to compete in the annual Roscoe Pound Tournament of Champions. Based on their participation in the Program, students can earn Moot Court Honors status and can also become members of the External Competitions team. The Moot Court Honors Program is administered by a collection of upper-level students called the Moot Court Executive Board.

Cybercrimes Moot Court Competition
UCLA School of Law Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition is an annual external moot court competition open to all law schools, exploring cutting edge issues in the field of cyber law. This academic year, the 14th Annual Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
The Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition will feature an esteemed panel of renowned cyber law experts to judge competitors' oral advocacy and brief writing skills. This year’s competition will be held in-person.
