Randolph Yiap

Randolph Yiap is a Lecturer in Law and teaches Negotiation Theory & Practice. He currently serves as Senior Counsel, Corporate and Securities at DoorDash, a public Fortune 500 company that operates a local commerce platform. Prior to that, he served as Securities and Corporate Governance Counsel at GoodRx, the leading prescription savings platform in the U.S., and as a Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he specialized in capital markets, corporate finance, securities regulation, FinTech and general corporate law. He has helped companies navigate legal and business challenges through all stages of the corporate lifecycle—from ideation to IPO and beyond, and he currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Sorting Robotics, a Y Combinator-backed robotics company. Throughout the course of his career, he has negotiated and overseen over $80 billion in complex corporate transactions.

He received his B.A. in economics from UC Davis, his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his M.B.A. from Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
