Melinda Demsky Mehringer is a public-company C-suite veteran, who has held senior leadership roles in Fortune 500 global companies including Mattel, Fox Entertainment Group, and Yahoo!. She brings a strategic digital and international perspective from guiding global companies through changing technological landscapes, as well as deep expertise in intellectual property, human capital management, regulatory/compliance, and contract negotiations.

She holds a B.A., with distinction, from Stanford University and a J.D. (Order of the Coif) from Stanford Law School.
