Director of Extern & Field Placement Programs
Anne Sidwell is the Director of Extern & Field Placement Programs at UCLA School of Law and teaches Family Law, the Public Interest Externship Seminar, and the Domestic Violence Prevention Practicum. She previously represented survivors of domestic violence in family and immigration law matters at Bay Area Legal Aid and Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
Sidwell received her B.A. cum laude at Brigham Young University and her J.D. at The George Washington University Law School where she won the K.K. Luthra International Moot Court Competition and participated in the Domestic Violence Project.
Sidwell’s publications have appeared in the Daily Journal and the University of San Francisco Law Review.
